Chinwe Godwin-Omoaka, a graduate of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria, where she obtained her LL.B in 2000. She proceeded to Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.  She also obtained her Master in Law (LLM) from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She has been in active legal practice since she was called to the Bar.

Chinwe is a founding Partner of Aelfread Legal Practitioners and Consultants. She heads the Dispute Resolution Group of the firm. She has vast experience in both Criminal and Commercial Litigation and has represented clients before the Nigerian Courts at all levels from the trial to the appellate courts. She is also experienced in Arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

Outside the Legal Practice, Chinwe has passion for NGO. She finds joy in giving back to the society by helping women overcome the breast cancer scourge through early detection. She is the brain behind Worthy Wellness Initiative (WWI), a breast cancer awareness initiative.

Chinwe is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA), Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (NBAWF), The African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA), Associate Member Women in Management, Business, Public Service (WIMBIZ) and Member Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA) and The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

NDUBUISI CHIAGOZIE UCHEGBU

Ndubuisi is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

He obtained his LLB from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus in 2017 and was called to the Nigerian Bar 2018.

Prior to joining Aelfread Legal, he had garnered considerable professional experience working in the litigation department of various law firms as an intern and a corps member as well.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, Nigeria Chapter and has published some articles which include but not limited to: “Feminism: A Wrong Perception of Equality”, “Ekpe Dances” and “Impact of Digital Age in the Entertainment Industry and the Copyright Law in Nigeria”.

Ndubuisi has considerable experience as a trial lawyer in Nigerian Courts and Tribunals in disputes spanning different areas, including criminal & commercial litigation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution techniques. He represents a number of clients in diverse areas of law.

Immaculate Chinenyenwa Onuoha

LL.B (Graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State), BL (Kano)

Immaculate Chinenyenwa Onuoha Esq obtained her Law degree (LLB) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 2019. She proceeded to Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021.

She is well vast in Corporate and Commercial law, Property Law, Family Law and Criminal Law.

She is also skilled in legal drafting and research. Her rare ability in resolving legal issues and seeking uncommon ideas for improvement will never go unnoticed.

She is currently pursuing her Masters in Law at University of Lagos and also a student of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN)
